This event, held in the historic city of Bruges, Belgium, will bring together people from all fields as well as academic experts to explore the latest advancements in bonding materials for polyolefins, such as polypropylene and polyethylene.

Mr. Anton Ginzburg has an extensive carreer both in academia as well as in the petrochemical industry. He will share his expertise on the transformation of commodity polyolefins into differentiated materials using easy and affordable methods.

Professor - Ghent university

As one of Belgium's leading experts on seperation technologies, Mr. Steven De Meester will address the subject of seperation of composite materials with paneltim Panels, both with mechanical as well as chemical approaches.

Jean Georges Leininger, with his extensive expertise in thermoplastic adhesives and industrial machinery, will discuss the principles of lamination machines and the benefits of flat laminating, providing both technical and commercial support for project implementation across various industries.

Mavom Specialty Chemicals

Jelle Vets, with over 15 years of experience in adhesive applications, will provide a comprehensive overview of the bonding industry at our symposium. He will focus on the challenges of bonding materials like olefins, offering practical tips and innovative solutions for substrates that are typically difficult to bond, sharing valuable insights for all attendees.

With a PhD in Analytical Chemistry from Ghent University, she has specialized in the development of analytical methods for plastics. Since 2008 she focused on areas such as nanotechnology and fire retardancy, with a specialization in extrusion applications and has since grown into the R&D Manager at Centexbel for functional thermoplastic textiles and others.

Lieven Daeleman

Pontacol AG

With over 30 years of experience in the adhesives and bonding industry, including more than a decade at Bostik and Collano, he has developed deep expertise in this field. Since 2021, he has been serving as the Area Sales Manager at Pontacol AG, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge. His presentation will focus on Multilayer Films for Lightweight Panels.

MAPO Group

As COO of the MAPO Group, her topic of expertise are functional coatings designed to enhance the performances of materials such as polyolefins and PP. In her presentation she will give a brief overview of the possibilities and test results from the cooperation with Paneltim.

Arantxa Penninger

Sirris

As the lab coordinator at Sirris, Arantxa oversees the planning and execution of a wide variety of testing protocols.

With a background in quality testing, Arantxa specializes in characterizing materials and testing aging performance, recently contributing to the testing of Paneltim panel coatings.

Pilipili

Upon completing his Master's degree in Product Development, he launched his own business as an industrial designer targeting the Belgian market in 1993. Three years later, he established pilipili NV. Over the years, Pilipili has evolved into a comprehensive design agency, primarily serving the Belgian market and providing expertise in product design, UX design, engineering, strategy, and marketing. Steven delivers an insightful lecture on the extensive potential of Paneltim.

Bob Coberley Jr.

B² Pools

Bob Coberley Jr., drawing on his 25+ years of experience in construction, sales, business development, and management across several companies including Spiratex, Paneltim LLC, and Insulspan, joined forces with his father, Bob Sr., to establish B Squared Pools. Their deep understanding of construction and business, coupled with feedback from the pool industry, led to the creation of a patented interlocking system for inground pools, even in challenging spaces.
